1. Who May Use this Site.
The Site is not intended or designed to attract users under the age of 13. We do not collect Personal Information from any person we know to be under the age of 13. If you are under 13, we ask that you not use the Site or send us any Personal Information.

Personal data collected by Oramed may be used by Oramed for many reasons, for example, for editorial and feedback purposes, for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to deliver advertisements and promotions targeted to our users’ interests, for a statistical analysis of users’ behavior, for product development, for content improvement, to contact a user, or to customize the content and layout of the Site. Individually identifying information, such as names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and other personal information which users voluntarily provide to Oramed may be added to Oramed’s databases and used for future calls, mailings, and other communications regarding Site updates, new products and services, upcoming events and other business purposes of Oramed. Aggregate user data may be used for internal purposes, provided to marketing firms and other organizations that provide marketing and/or marketing support services to Oramed.
In addition, server log information provided by a user may be used to contact the user about the services on other websites owned by Oramed for which they have expressed interest. In situations involving bankruptcy or insolvency, the database containing personal data may be treated as an asset of Oramed. Identifiable and non-identifiable visitor information and data which visitors provide to Oramed also may be provided to third parties that provide products, information, or services which Oramed believes that visitors may be interested in directly or indirectly purchasing or obtaining.
While Oramed may undertake efforts to see that another party to which Oramed shares personal information is under a contractual obligation to use the personal information solely for the purposes for which the information was disclosed by Oramed, Oramed exercises no control over such parties and Oramed is not responsible for their conduct, actions, omissions, or information handling or dissemination practices. The collection, use, and disclosure of personally identifiable information discussed in this Privacy Statement may involve a transfer of the information to jurisdictions located outside your country or residence and which may not have equivalent laws and rules regarding privacy and data protection.
5. Access to Personal Data and Choice/Opt-Out
Upon your request via postal mail or e-mail, Oramed will provide you with a summary of any of your personally identifiable information, which information has been voluntarily provided to Oramed through an input field or other form on or via the Site and which information is retained by Oramed. Should you wish to modify, correct, change, or update any of the information you supply on or via the Site, you should contact Oramed at email@example.com or at the postal address set forth in this Privacy Statement.
Except as necessary for Oramed to provide the services, information or products requested by a user of the Site, or except for the disclosures identified in the preceding Section 3 titled Disclosure of Information, a user may opt out of having his or her personally identifiable information, which has been voluntarily provided to Oramed through or from the Site, prospectively retained by Oramed, used by Oramed for secondary purposes, or disclosed by Oramed to third parties, by contacting Oramed via postal mail at the address set out above or at the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once Oramed has implemented the user’s request, Oramed will prospectively cease retaining, using for secondary purposes, or disclosing to third parties the personally identifiable information identified by the user in his or her request, to the extent directed in the request. (This does not apply to collection ofthe type of Web browser of the user to the Site or to information provided or collected that does not meet the above description.)

Oramed has implemented physical, electronic and procedural security safeguards to protect against the unauthorized release of or access to personal information. However, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to or from Oramed via the Site cannot be guaranteed. Accordingly, Oramed is not responsible for the security of information transmitted via the Internet. Instead of communicating with Oramed via e-mail or the Internet, users can contact Oramed by mail, phone or facsimile at the address or numbers set forth at the beginning of this Privacy Statement.
8. Privacy of Children
The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. It does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from visitors in this age group. Where requests for information about a medication are permitted by law, individuals requesting information about a medication that is indicated for use in children must be 18 years of age or older.
9. Sale of Business.
In the event that Oramed or some of our assets are sold or transferred or used as security, your Personal Information may be transferred to third parties as part of that transaction.
10. Changes and Updates
Oramed may change this Privacy Statement at any time. Notice of any new or revised Privacy Statement, as well as the location of the new or revised statement, will be posted on the Site for at least sixty (60) days after the change. It is the obligation of users visiting the Site before the change to learn of changes to the Privacy Statement since their last visit. Any change to this Privacy Statement shall be effective as to any user who has visited the Site before the change was made.
