Miriam Kidron, PhD

Dr. Miriam Kidron is a pharmacologist and a biochemist with a PhD in biochemistry. From 1990 to the present time, Dr. Kidron has been a senior researcher in the Diabetes Unit at Hadassah University Hospital in Jerusalem, Israel. She was formerly a visiting professor at the Medical School at the University of Toronto (Canada), and is a member of the American, European and Israeli Diabetes Associations. Dr. Kidron is a recipient of the Bern Schlanger Award.

Mr. Kidron is an entrepreneur whose expertise includes senior executive roles in a wide range of industries. He graduated from Bar-Ilan University in Israel with a Bachelor of Law Degree. He is a member of the Israeli bar association and has completed his MBA.

Mr Sank is a South African entrepreneur and business man who is devoted to entrepreneurial endeavours and initiatives. He has over 20 years of experience where he has played an important leadership role in developing businesses. His directorship involvement has included finance, motor dealerships, steel merchandising and trading.

Alex Werber CFO
Mr. Werber possesses over 15 years of financial management experience in privately and publicly traded companies, specializing in the high technology sector. He holds a bachelors degree in Economics and Accountancy from Tel Aviv University and a post graduate degree in Accounting from Tel Aviv University. He is a Chartered Accountant in Israel.

Tara Horn
Mrs. Horn holds a Masters of Science degree from Columbia University. She has experience working in the import/export industry, as well as in various healthcare settings.
