Miriam Kidron, PhD

Dr. Miriam Kidron is a pharmacologist and a biochemist with a PhD in biochemistry. From 1990 to the present time, Dr. Kidron has been a senior researcher in the Diabetes Unit at Hadassah University Hospital in Jerusalem, Israel. She was formerly a visiting professor at the Medical School at the University of Toronto (Canada), and is a member of the American, European and Israeli Diabetes Associations. Dr. Kidron is a recipient of the Bern Schlanger Award.

Dr. Ehud Arbit, Director of Research and Development

Dr. Arbit served as the VP of Medical Research at Emisphere Technologies, Inc, a biopharmaceutical company, where he was an active collaborator on numerous scientific projects and is co-inventor of six patents related to their drug delivery technology. Previously, Dr. Arbit has held distinguished academic positions as Professor at Cornell University Medical College, Member of the Sloan Kettering cancer Center (MSKCC) and as Division director at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Institute in New York. Dr. Arbit has numerous publications in peer reviewed journals and had served on the editorial boards of several medical journals.

Mr. Orlev has many years of experience of financial management experience in publicly traded companies, specializing in the high technology sector. Mr. Orlev is a certified public accountant in Israel and has served as CFO for Gammacan International Inc, Solel Solar Systems, ICTS International and Huntleigh.

Tara Horn
Mrs. Horn holds a Masters of Science degree from Columbia University. She has experience working in the import/export industry, as well as in various healthcare settings.
